学生邮箱
All students for Fall and Spring semesters will be assigned a mailbox. (If you’re a short-term program student, we’ll hold your mail for you in Student Affairs and send you an email to pick it up.)
学生邮箱 are located in the Student Center, 1st floor (next to the 书店). All letter mail will be delivered daily (Monday – Friday) to your mailbox at around 5 p.m.
提示: Make a habit of checking your mailbox at least once a week, because on-campus offices will also use it to deliver important information to you.
键 & 组合
- If you’re a new student, you’ll be assigned to a mailbox when you arrive on campus.
- If you’re a returning student, you’ll keep the same mailbox.
- 如果你被分配了 关键的邮箱, keep your key in a safe place, because the charge for a replacement is $25.00.
- 如果你被分配了 组合的邮箱 and you don’t know your combo, just contact Student Affairs (by phone, 802-387-6714, by email, 亚历克西斯鸟 or in person) and we’ll gladly help you out.
提示: Having trouble with your combo? We’re always glad to go downstairs and show you how to open your combo if you’re not sure—just stop by our office on the second floor of the Student Center and request a free lesson! We have a very small number of 关键的邮箱es, so we can only switch you from a combo to a key as a last resort (and only if there’s a 关键的邮箱 available).

All packages will be held in the Business Office Mailroom (Administration Building, 1楼), and you will get an email if a package has arrived for you.

提示: Shipping before you arrive? We will hold boxes for you in our secure package room until you’re on campus to pick them up. The Mailroom is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. 到5点.m. Keep in mind that if you’re arriving over the weekend or on a holiday, you won’t have access right away (so pack any essentials in your luggage!).
Sending Out Mail and Packages
字母: Mail gets picked up once a day from the mail drop slot, next to the student mailboxes in the Student Center. Please remember to stamp your letter before putting it in the slot!
包: You can drop off a package at the Business Office Mailroom ONLY if postage is already affixed to the package. (You can purchase and print mailing labels online at many websites such as 美国邮政总局, 联邦快递等.)
